James River Yoga embraces many styles of yoga and all opportunities to learn and deepen understanding of what yoga can do for body, mind and spirit. Classes are led by teachers with the desire to share their passion and understanding of a particular style, technique, or approach to Yoga.

2:30-4:00 Yoga – beginners/all levels Nancy
4:15-5:45 Yoga – adv. beg./interm. Nancy
Yoga For Beginners is offered as a 10-week Session: $75 for ten weeks. Drop ins are welcome anytime.
Upcoming sessions: The week of September 1 through the week of November 3, 2013; November 10 week to January 19, 2014 week (this session is technically 11 weeks long, as we are closed the week of Christmas); January 26, 2014 week to March 30, 2014 week.
Cyndi’s class will be taught by a sub on October 17 (Sarah); October 24; November 21; and December 5 (all Nancy). No classes Thanksgiving Thursday.
Inclement Weather Policy: Check our “Home” page and/or facebook page for the most up to date information. We will make a decision two hours before the start of class, whenever possible.
Holidays: the studio is closed on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.
