Class Schedule

JAMES RIVER YOGA embraces many styles of yoga and all opportunities to learn and deepen understanding of what yoga can do for  body, mind and spirit. Classes are led by teachers with the desire to share their passion and understanding of a particular style, technique, or approach to Yoga.  PLEASE READ THE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS ON THE “CLASS DESCRIPTIONS” PAGE; WE WANT YOU TO BE SAFE AND SOME CLASSES ARE NOT APPROPRIATE FOR FIRST TIME YOGIS

Yoga For Beginners and Yoga for Voluptuous Ladies is offered as a 10-week Session: $75 for ten weeks.  Drop ins are welcome anytime.

Anusara Inspired/Alignment Based Classes (Nancy’s classes) are offered as 10 week Sessions.  $90 for 10 weeks, 1.5 hour class; $75 for 10 weeks, 1 hour class.  Drop ins are always welcome and you don’t have to wait until the beginning of the next session to start!

Upcoming 10-week session (Nancy’s and Leslie’s classes):   November 2 week through January 11, 2015 week (taking into account Xmas week, when the studio is closed).  

Inclement Weather Policy:  Check our “Home” page and/or facebook page for the most up to date information.  We will make a decision two hours before the start of class, whenever possible.

Holidays: the studio is closed on Christmas Week and Thanksgiving Day – we are open on all the other holidays.
