JAMES RIVER YOGA embraces many styles of yoga and all opportunities to learn and deepen understanding of what yoga can do for body, mind and spirit. Classes are led by teachers with the desire to share their passion and understanding of a particular style, technique, or approach to Yoga. NOTE: On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00-7:15 p.m., Mike Cundiff teaches Vinyasa (intermediate level) in our shared studio space.
CLASSES TAUGHT BY NANCY, LESLIE AND ANNE are offered as 10 week Sessions. $90 for 10 weeks, 1.5 hour class; $75 for 10 weeks, 1 hour class. Drop ins are always welcome and you don’t have to wait until the beginning of the next session to start!
Upcoming 10-week session (Nancy’s, Anne’s and Leslie’s classes): March 29 through May 31 week, 2015. [NOTE: Nancy will take a 2-week break June 7 through June 20, 2015, and her next 10-week session will begin June 21, 2015].
CLASSES THAT ARE NOT SESSION CLASSES ARE CLASS PASS OR DONATION.
Inclement Weather Policy: Check our “Home” page and/or facebook page for the most up to date information. We will make a decision two hours before the start of class, whenever possible.
Holidays: the studio is closed on Christmas Week and Thanksgiving Day – we are open on all the other holidays – including Easter and New Year’s Day.
