James River Yoga embraces many styles of yoga and all opportunities to learn and deepen understanding of what yoga can do for  body, mind and spirit. Classes are led by teachers with the desire to share their passion and understanding of a particular style, technique, or approach to Yoga.

Yoga For Beginners and STOTT Pilates, beginners are offered as a 10-week Session: $75 for ten weeks.  Drop ins are welcome anytime.

Anusara Inspired Classes are offered as 10 week Sessions.  $90 for 10 weeks, 1.5 hour class; $75 for 10 weeks, 1 hour class.  Drop ins are always welcome!

Upcoming session:  Week of June 16 through the week of August 18, 2013.

Inclement Weather Policy:  Check our “Home” page and/or facebook page for the most up to date information.  We will make a decision two hours before the start of class, whenever possible.

Holidays: the studio is closed on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.  We are also closed the last week of August 2013, with plans for some free classes and special events during that time frame.  Otherwise, we are open!
