Beginning on October 5th, 2019, this 200 Hour Program is comprised of 13 weekends for a complete yoga training experience. Our focus will be on self-care, personal practice, alignment, yoga lifestyle, and confidently creating comprehensive + transformative experiences for ourselves and others through the mindful use of yogic techniques. If you are ready to take your wellness into your own hands and believe that when you heal yourself, you help the world, then this training is for you.

The Business of Yoga: Creating & Marketing Unique Programs
Teaching Yoga Classes to all levels
Ethics & Yoga + Social Equity
Leading this experience will be Local Teachers and Educators. Your main instructors are Kristen Prosen of Mandala Wellness and Nancy Allen, and Paul Webb of James River Yoga.

$2500 for Yoga Teacher Training
